Construction Update 7/13/26
Dear Neighbor,
As part of the Johnston Road 16-Inch Pipeline Project, construction crews have encountered unanticipated rock during excavation. To safely continue pipeline installation, specialized equipment will be used over the next few days, which may result in increased construction noise. The use of this equipment is necessary to protect worker safety, maintain a safe excavation, and complete the project as efficiently as possible. All work will be performed during the District’s approved construction hours.
