PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Directors of the Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the District office located at 1920 North Iris Lane, Escondido CA, 92026 to consider Resolution No. 23-851.31, “Participate in the County of San Diego Fire Mitigation Fee Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Adopt a Capital Improvement Plan for the Use of Fire Mitigation Fee Revenue for Improvement District E (ID E).” This public hearing will also consider increases to the District’s per square foot Fire Mitigation Fee based upon maximum Fire Mitigation Fee rates as approved by the County of San Diego.

At the time, date, and place stated in this notice, the Board of Directors shall hear and consider all oral and written comments, if any, in connection with the adoption of the proposed resolution.

A copy of this resolution is available for public inspection at the District Office located at 1920 North Iris Lane, Escondido, CA 92026.
