PUBLIC HEARING, TIME CERTAIN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE RINCON DEL DIABLO MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, 1920 North Iris Lane, Escondido, California, County of San Diego, will conduct a Hybrid Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at a time certain of 5:00 p.m. to establish a Multi-Year Facilities and Equipment Plan for the Fire Mitigation Fee Program to comply with Government Code 66000-66002 and the County of San Diego Fire Mitigation Fee Ordinance.

Prior to the meeting, public comments may be submitted by e-mail to the Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District Clerk of the Board at wcassidy@rinconwater.org. Comments will be read aloud at the Public Comment period.
