Regular Board of Director Meetings are open to the public.  Agendas are available for review 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting and can be found here.

 

Notice of Public Hearing

The Board of Directors of the Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District will hold a Public Hearing electronically on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to consider and hear comments on Resolution No. 21-851.29, “Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District to Participate in the County of San Diego’s Fire Mitigation Fee Program for Improvement District E (ID E).” A copy of this Resolution is available for public inspection is available at the District office.

At the time and date stated in this notice, the Board of Directors shall hear and consider all oral and written comments, if any, in connection with the adoption of the proposed resolution.

Public Comments may be submitted by either of these methods:

1. The public may access the meeting telephonically by calling: +1 (571) 317-3122 and using the following access code: 610-066-021; or

2. Before the meeting e-mail your comments to Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District Clerk of the Board at wcassidy@rinconwater.org and it will be read aloud at the public comment period.

If modifications or accommodations from individuals with disabilities are required, such persons should provide a request at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting by e-mail to the Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District Clerk of the Board at wcassidy@rinconwater.org.

The Board of Directors of the Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District will hold a Public Hearing electronically on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., whereby the Board of Directors will take public testimony and/or comments relating to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 21-99-AB, “Determining Director’s Compensation.” A copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection at the District’s office.
