Finance Department
The Finance Department manages Rincon Water’s finance resources in order to protect and enhance its financial position. This Department must also assure that adequate resources are provided for District services. Other duties include:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Budgeting
- Cash Management & Investments
- General Accounting
- Payroll
- Procurement
