Administrative Code

Rincon Water’s Administrative Code consolidates the Districts policies, procedures, authorities, and operating rules adopted by the board over time into a single, organized document. Its purpose is to provide a statement of the District’s organizational structure, the duties and powers of the board, the duties of management and staff, and the policies and procedures by which the district conducts its work. It also serves to codify provisions from previously adopted ordinances, resolutions, and board actions that have ongoing effect.
